Situ Jiu (Shaun Tam), the second-generation heir of the Da Long Feng Mahjong Parlor, inherited the family business at a young age. The parlor has witnessed the transformation of Wan Chai, its rhythmic clashes filled with human warmth. The unwavering Situ Jiu unexpectedly invests in the nearly disbanded Harbour Band. His right-hand man, Zhang Tie (Ali Lee), initially vehemently opposes the acquisition, but upon learning that the band is being acquired for his long-lost daughter and musician Shen Jiaming (Rosita Kwok), he finally agrees to serve as deputy band leader, helping the two find each other. Dewang Group Chairman Ouyang Zong (David Chiang), who was defeated by Situ Jiu's father in a Mahjong battle, promised that Dewang would not set foot in Wan Chai. Years later, this Mahjong tycoon returns to plot a plot against Situ Jiu. Will Situ Jiu ultimately be able to protect Da Long Feng?
