Brief Summary:
A series of serial murders links Superintendent Ding Lok-fung (Bowie Lam) and Inspector Ching Hoi (Owen Cheung) from the Major Crimes Unit. During the investigation, Ching Hoi is forced to seek help from an old rival — psychologist Yeung Tsz-fei (Kelly Fu). As the trio unravels the clues, they discover the killer is part of an entire assassin organization that follows the layout of a mysterious website promoting a "New Seven Deadly Sins." The victims are punished for committing these new sins, and the killer seems to be connected to the influential Hei Yip Corporation, which controls the city’s economic lifeline…
What Ching Hoi never expected was to be confronted by a painful past that traps him in turmoil. Meanwhile, Lok-fung’s elder sister, Ding Siu-wan (Monica Chan), who has just returned from abroad, is hiding a dark conspiracy — adding even more complications to the case…
