My Thoughts:
Congratulations to all the winners, they totally deserve it. Feel most happy about Tavia getting My favourite Female Character and Best performance award. It's a shame that Michael Tse didn't get My favourite Male Character Award but both him and Wayne are on par to each other, so it doesn't really matter who should get. Maybe both should get the award? Best supporting actress goes to Susan who joined TVB for just 1 year? Anyway, she has good acting skills. In fact, I am curious why Best series goes to Rosy Bsiness as Beyond the Realm of Conscience got highest rating for the year? I feel that Rosy Business will not be popular if not for Wayne and Sheren. Looking forward to the second season of Rosy Business. ^_^

Yeah it was a huge shame Michael Tse didn't get Most Favourite Male Character. It does matter who should have gotten it given that Wayne Lai already took the biggest Best Actor award plus another, when it was actually Michael who was widely tipped to bring home two awards by quite a few HK papers. TVB was really quite unfair to him that night -- they made use of Laughing to reap a box office #1 and then cast him aside just like that giving all the honours to another character... 1 award vs 3 was simply mind-boggling...

ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to tavia's Uninvited Date wit Raymond Lam and Bobby. Hope they wl air the series in time for the Anniv Awards. Of course i wish for Tavia and Raymond to be TV Queen and King respectively. I would be most happy also if Tavia wins best female character for MOL and Raymond's role in GTL. btw, gd luck in your exams and studies!!
