1) Moses saves his student and Ron's appearance (Episode 5)
Moses was an undercover cop pretending to be a teacher. Through this incident, Moses was able to gain the trust of the triad leader whose son was saved by him and is on his way in completing his mission. Ron appeared in the nick of time and saved both Moses and the student otherwise they would have being shot.
2) Ron grows affection towards Tavia (Episode 16 and 17)
After Ron's nephew incident, Ron gained an important lesson and began to be more immerse in his work. He oftens collaborate with Tavia to create awareness about the danger of drugs in schools. After the meeting, Ron wanted to drive Tavia back but he was caught up with work so Tavia kindly declined the offer. However, Ron's behaviour to look for Tavia back in the bus-stop shows that he was concerned about her. He even bought opera tickets to watch with Tavia but was being rejected. At the cafe, he admits his feelings to Tavia. In the end, Tavia already has someone in her heart so she kindly reject Ron.
3) Tavia found out about Moses's identity and the pair became a couple secretly (Episode 21 and 22)
Moses's log report to his superior was accidentally read by Tavia. She was shocked about Moses's identity but promised to keep the Moses's undercover identity secret. On top of that, she was confused as in the log report, Moses wrote about his love confessions to her. Thereafter, Moses confessed to Tavia but she did not reply back to Moses until she was caught up in her family problems and Moses sincerely helped her. Thus, they got together in secret. Another party which is the police found out about their hidden relationships. Ron had all along suspect Moses of being in drug trade and he did not know his undercover identity.
4) USB flashdrive chase (Episode 27)
To gather evidence to solve the drug case, Moses proposed to Linda and use the wedding preparation opportunity to download the files from Savio Tsang's (head of drug triad) computer to gather evidence. The files were stored in a USB flashdrive which was given by Moses and said by his superior that the USB flashdrive will automatically stored files in the computer. Moses initially wanted to keep the USB flashdrive save in his hands giving an excuse to hand it to the wedding planner personally. However, he was took out for a drink by Savio and the USB flashdrive was handed to Linda. To get back the USB flashdrive, Moses headed to the school to look for Linda. Meanwhile, Linda's sister (Queenie Chu) found out that their computer was hacked. USB flashdive chase began with students on Moses's side and traid members on Queenie's side. Linda was totally confused and lost on the events turnabout.
In the end, the traid member caught hold of Tavia and asked Moses to hand over the USB flashdrive. The police appeared in a nick of time but Ron's hand was spilled with acids and need some time to recover. Through the recovery period, Ron was very upset as he suffered downs in his career due to the inability of exerting strength in his hand until he met a new girlfriend and sees a new light.
5) Linda screams (Episode 27)
After Linda learnt the whole truth to the incident, she was devastated. Her sister was actuallty helping the triads while Moses, the one she loves, was actually an undercover who get close to her for the motive of destroying the drug triad. Everything was a sudden lost and heavy blow to her. Luckily, she sort of recovered through time and meeting Kenneth Ma and his daughter in Episode 30. Savio managed to escape from the law as Queenie confessed to all the accusations. However, he sought revenge on Moses and hire someone to kill him. In the end, his fate was been beaten to metally challenged person by a group of teenagers who was under drugs. What comes about goes about which is the moral that the series is trying to convey.
My thoughts:
A significantly good moral series except for the part where Moses deceived Linda which receives much criticism. Some explanation on Law Sir and Miss Ho where they met at a school in a rural area. Law sir quit his job and Miss Ho went to teach in band 3 school whom she feels require more care and concern.
